- 1 box (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix
- ½ cup (8 tbsp) butter, melted & slightly cooled
- 1 large egg
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- Optional: powdered sugar or pink sanding sugar
- 30 Hershey’s Chocolate Kisses, unwrapped

- In a large bowl, mix strawberry cake mix, melted butter, and egg until smooth.
- Add cream cheese and beat until thick, creamy, and fully combined.
- Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Scoop dough into 1-tablespoon balls.
- Roll in powdered sugar or pink sugar if desired.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, until edges are set but centers remain soft.
- Let cookies rest for 1–2 minutes, then gently press a chocolate kiss into the center.
