- 4 medium golden potatoes, peeled
- 3 tbsp cornstarch (approx.)
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder (or crushed cube)
- Salt, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- 1 tsp parsley (optional)
- Mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
- Oil, for frying

- Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender.
- Drain well and let the steam escape to remove excess moisture.
- Transfer potatoes to a bowl and mash until completely smooth.
- Add chicken bouillon, salt, garlic powder, parsley, and cornstarch.
- Mix until the dough is soft but firm enough to hold its shape.
